Nature of the Site

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not maintain official custody files, cannot confirm a person’s status, release anyone, or submit documents on a visitor’s behalf.

Its purpose is to point visitors to official resources such as the Major County Jail roster, the sheriff’s Records Division, OSCN, and the ODOC lookup. The public-records discussion refers to Oklahoma’s 51 O.S. §24A.8; it does not guarantee that any record, image, or online result will be available.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site material to make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the site or another visitor’s ability to use it.

FCRA-Prohibited Uses

Major County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening services. You agree not to use information from this site for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• decisions to hire, fire, promote, or retain a worker
• tenant screening or housing decisions
• creditworthiness determinations or insurance-premium decisions
• licensing, permit, or government-program eligibility determinations
• any other use regulated by the FCRA

Links to Other Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff pages, corrections sites, court portals, legal resources, or third-party search tools. We do not control or endorse those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or results. Read their terms and policies before using them.

No Warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise:

• the accuracy, completeness, or current status of information
• continuous or uninterrupted access
• a site free from every error, defect, or security vulnerability
• complete results from a partner search tool

Custody status and official records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by the Major County Sheriff’s Office, Major County Jail, ODOC, or another government agency.

Limit on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Major County Busted Mugshots and its owners, providers, and partners are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or any linked service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Major County Busted Mugshots harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The site’s text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Major County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative material from them without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

Access to the Site

We may limit, suspend, or end access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be brought in a court located in Oklahoma, where permitted by law.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent necessary.
